I just had to write to let you know how pleased I am by the service from one of your members. My floor standing boiler was very old and British Gas, with whom I had a service contract, kept pestering me to change it. However, on the advice of an old friend I looked out a member of the CIPHE and I am so glad I did!

Comfort Logistics Ltd. of Lincoln Road, High Wycombe and their Consultant Paul Pietrzyba recommended a wall mounted boiler which they were able to supply and fit at a very reasonable price. I am not in the first flush of youth, so I was concerned about the 'cowboy' stories that keep appearing but I was glad that my friend was able to reassure me that your members work to a code of standards. In the event, the work was carried out by two very courteous, smartly dressed gentlemen who completed on schedule and went out of their way to make sure that they left everything clean and tidy, despite having to lift carpets to get at some pipes.

You do hear so many horror stories these days but I am delighted with the service I have received.
